Privacy Policy

AIChef collects photos you upload, voice notes you record, and scripts you type — solely to generate your cooking reel. We do not collect your name, email, or social accounts. Your device is identified by an anonymous ID stored securely on your device.

Photos and voice notes are uploaded to Azure Blob Storage, processed to build your video, then deleted within 1 hour (uploads) or 24 hours (private videos). Community-submitted videos are stored for up to 4 weeks then archived.

Your dish photos are analysed by Azure OpenAI GPT-4o Vision to generate scores and scripts. Photos are passed to Azure Content Safety to detect unsafe content. No data is used to train AI models.

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store card details. RevenueCat manages subscription state using your anonymous device ID.

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. We share data only with Azure (processing), RevenueCat (subscriptions), and as required by Australian law.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing dev@brainvita.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
