By using AIChef you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

AIChef generates cooking reels from your photos using AI. Output quality depends on input quality. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate — verify recipes independently before following them.

You own all photos and videos you create. By submitting to the community leaderboard you grant Brainvita a non-exclusive licence to display the video on AIChef platforms. You confirm you have the right to use any content you upload.

Do not upload content that is: illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or that violates another person's rights. Violations result in immediate account removal and may be reported to authorities.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are governed by Apple App Store and Google Play policies. We offer no additional refunds except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Brainvita's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
